In-Person AI Training
One day, in person, on your computers, working on the actual tasks your organization does every day. Training ends when your people can demonstrate competency — not when the clock runs out.
What This Is
Most AI training is webinars, YouTube playlists, or self-paced modules that employees start and never finish. This is different. Steve Sarvi works with your team in person, on your computers, using your actual documents: drafting correspondence, summarizing reports, preparing board materials, analyzing data. Everything is hands-on from the first hour.
Steve is fluent across the major AI platforms, including Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini. Training focuses on the tool that fits your work, not a tour of everything. If you already use a platform, training starts there. If not, Steve helps you identify the right fit before the first session.
One-on-one training is the preferred format. Group sessions are available for up to five participants. There are no large-group seminars, no software to buy, and no generic slides built for someone else's organization.
Quick Facts
Who This Is For
Clerks, administrators, department heads, and elected officials who need to do more with lean staffs and limited budgets.
Program staff and leadership who spend too much time on administrative work and not enough on mission-driven outcomes.
Solo operators and small teams who want to produce professional-quality work without hiring specialists they can't afford.
Anyone who has tried an AI tool without getting real results, or who simply wants to get ahead of the curve on their own terms.
How It Works
No remote sessions, no video calls, no shared demos on the trainer's screen. You work on your own computer with your own files from the opening hour.
Training ends when participants can demonstrate that they can do the work independently — not when the scheduled time slot runs out.
Every session is customized to the actual tasks you perform: the reports you write, the meetings you run, the documents you produce every day.
"The difference between a small-town clerk and a large city communications department is no longer money. It is knowing how to use what is available."— Steve Sarvi, Founder, Hands On AI Training
